I enjoyed eating the Carrot cake we bought but I didn't eat much because it was a little bit sweeter for me. It was delicious though. I'll try baking my 1st homemade carrot cake soon at the house and see if I could bake it as good. I found a great recipe for carrot cake and it's really not that difficult to bake. I'll try it soon, when I have all ingredients. My husband love pecans so I'm sure he will love this one. Here's the link for a great tasting recipe of carrot cake.
