My husband and I usually eat at some local Chinese restaurants. There are a lot of Chinese foods that we really love, just like the mushroom in the picture. For several times already, i tried cooking mushrooms like that, but I can't get the exact flavor. They must be using some seasoning that I don't know about.
I don't eat all Chinese food though, there are some that I don't like. So I'm also being picky especially when visiting buffet style restaurants.
How about you? Do you eat Chinese cuisine? What's your favorite?

mmmmm this is so yummy. btw this is one of my favorites, i always pick this everytime we go to chinese buffet..yum yum!!
